Has anyone tried Levicose cream for varicose veins?

I’ve been struggling with varicose veins for a few years now, and they’ve started causing discomfort and aching, especially after long days at work. I’ve tried a few treatments, but none have made a significant difference. I recently heard about Levicose cream, which claims to relieve symptoms and reduce the appearance of varicose veins.
