Best source for affordable software?

I’m building a new PC and need software like Windows and Office. Official stores are pricey. Does anyone know of any reliable places offering these at a discount?

There are sites that sell OEM keys, they are cheaper, but are tied to one device. I have used such keys more than once and everything is activated, works fine.

Buying Windows and Office in official stores is really expensive. I took keys for idtsoftware and everything is fine. The prices are lower, activation worked immediately, they came to the mail almost instantly. The main thing is that this is not gray software, but official keys, just at a more affordable price. I installed it on a new PC, everything works stably, no problems with updates.
