Looking for a floral wallpaper to whiten the walls.

Greetings to all forum members!
I recently thought about how to update the interior of my apartment and make it more bright and cheerful. I decided that the ideal option would be floral wallpaper, which will help me to create an atmosphere of spring and freshness in the house. However, I have a bit of a problem: I am looking for exactly the kind of wallpaper that can be used to bleach the existing wallpaper.Does anyone have experience with this?
