Has anyone actually resolved an issue through PissedConsumer?

I’m curious has anyone here ever posted and actually had a company respond or fix the issue? I recently had a really frustrating experience with a payment processor that kept delaying payouts, and I’m debating whether leaving a review there would do anything. Not looking to rant, just want to know if businesses take it seriously.

Hello there, I’ve used https://www.pissedconsumer.com/ twice, once for a warranty issue with a mattress company, and surprisingly, they did respond probably because it was public. They emailed me within a week after my post went up. It didn’t magically fix everything, but it sped things up. It’s not a magic wand, but it puts some pressure on them.
