Je cherchais un logement plus grand qu’un studio, et via https://worldestate.homes/fr/uae/shardzha/, j’ai découvert un projet de townhouse près de Masaar. Ce que j’ai adoré, c’est la visite live avec l’agent, depuis mon salon. Il m’a montré les espaces communs : écoles, parc, boutiques… J’ai bien compris l’esprit du quartier. Les infos étaient précises : plan, prix (de 220 000 $, comme indiqué) . Les échanges en visio m'ont permis de poser toutes mes questions en direct. J’ai senti que l’équipe était réactive et transparente. Résultat : je me suis engagé dans les démarches, en comparaison avec l’immobilier local où l’approche est souvent plus floue.
