Maintaining the readability of screenshots when sending them to chat.

I'm having trouble with screenshots being pasted from the clipboard into the support chat in terrible quality. Support says, "We can't see the numbers; verification denied." How do you make screenshots that are both secure (without unnecessary data from the taskbar) and legible?
Re: Maintaining the readability of screenshots when sending them to chat.
Screenshot quality issues when pasting from the clipboard into support chat are often caused by the image being compressed beyond usability. To send readable scripts, take screenshots using specialized programs (Lightshot, ShareX) and save them in PNG or TIFF format without loss of quality. The https://madofficialau.com/en-au/ website allows direct file attachments, and they are not compressed. If you must copy from the clipboard, first paste the image into an editor (Paint) and save it as a file, then send it. You can also use cloud services (Imgur) and send a link—this will preserve quality. To avoid revealing unnecessary information, crop the screenshot to the desired area, removing the taskbar and other windows. Some people use online editors to blur confidential information. For very important documents (such as a passport), take a photo with your phone camera and then convert it to PDF—it usually doesn't compress. Always confirm in support chat what format and size they accept. And, of course, duplicate the information in text, if possible.
