Their own fault. They were offered the Deeluxe package for an additional $.75 which would have given them a two party line plus run the wire all the way into the house, but noooooo...not that bunch of cheapskates. They opted for the basic package which plainly states "line terminates at top of pole. It ain't my fault they didn't read their contract! Now do you want them big wires or not? And another thing...I need the answer sooner than a week which is how soon it took you to get back to me!
