Bass fishing is a little behind this year, but the fish are still biting. Have had consistent action fishing cranks, jerkbaits, and topwater for smallies. It seems like rock points are key. Fish haven't settled into their summer pattern just yet. Today we caught fish throwing a DT 10 in 50-60 fow. We've been using deep diving Shadow Raps with quite a bit of success. And we're still finding largemouth up shallow and catching them on plastice. As weather becomes a little more consistent and water temps rise, fishing should become a little more predictable.
