We finished our guide season out in NY with a bang. Big fish and quite a few of them. Seems like mid august concentrates these fish on the deep humps on Lake George. We had a lot of success drop shot fishing these humps. Each hump has it's sweet spot. The way to determine the sweet spot is by fishing a spot and consistently marking and catching fish. One generally good spot is humps with ledges or access to deep water. We finished the season with a number of fish in the 18-22" range. Check out the reports from the past two summers as you try and figure out where these fish will be. We're already booking for next summer, so if you're interested you can go to www.nofishleftbehind.com and find out more information!
