Four C's Charters kicked off the 2013 season with a half day charter with Rich Stenick and uncle Bob. Fishing on the south side of Montauk, the duo limited out with Fluke upto 4 1/2 lbs using squid and spearing combos. The fluke hit hard on the beginning and end of the tide.
