Adding some entertainment to the racing action Saturday night were two R-22 Beta II Helicopters. These two choppers were brought in by Bratcher Aviation out of Glendale, Arizona. Both choppers made several flights around the track and a couple of VERY low fly-overs in front of the grandstands, giving spectators an eyeball-to-eyeball look at the pilots. The pilots were giving around a 5 minute ride to interested folks for only $50.00 ( quite a bargain for a terrific time ). These Helicoters are two seaters ( 1 Pilot & 1 Passenger) with clear bubble tops and NO DOORS for excellent visability. These choppers will be back at NAPA Speedway for the NITRO NATIONAL SAND DRAGS on the 21-23 of June and will be back for action on the dirt track later in the year.
