Ready for some action on the Asphalt this Friday and Saturday nights!!!!!

The action continue this Friday and Saturday at Napa Speedway bringing it back to the Asphalt.

With the great racing on July 27th in several divisions are we going to see new or return winners in Victory Lane?

The Xtreme Mods put on a great show even though there were only 3 cars. They ran bumper to bumper for most the race with Gerald Haste in the lead and Sarah Moharter on his heels and Randy Arndorfer in hot pursuit. With the laps winding down Arndorfer started making his move passing Moharter for second and starting to challenge Haste. The final lap was a nail bitter as any of these three drivers could have won this race. Coming across the finish line had all three cars side by side with Arndorfer winning by ½ a bumper. What an exciting finish with both drivers not sure who had won.

The Street Stock race proved to be another exciting race with Roger Frakes leading most the evening and Clay Gossett in hot pursuit. As the laps winded down it looked like Frakes would pull off another win but Gossett was had other things in mind. With a last lap pass Gossett took the win from Frakes.

Great job by all the racers for making it an exciting and safe night of racing.
