"Valencia County Speedway" Is no longer just a rumor. We have purchased 30 acres of land and have designed a 3/8 mile dirt oval to be built just outside Los Lunas on hwy 6. Land purchased and plans done, we are now working to get our zoning change.
Although the land is in a great location well away from county residents and hidden away in a valley there is still a small group of activist that think a racing facility would somehow lower their standard of living. This land was chosen because it has close proximity to Los Lunas yet plenty of distance from the county residents. It has rolling hills that create a natural sound, light and wind barrier.

We now need the help of the racing community to get past the next hurdle.

First we need for everyone to sign the petition showing support for a new track to be built in Los Lunas. (See link below)
Next we will need a good turnout at our first public hearing at the Valencia County Courthouse on October 23, 4pm
