Now my 3 cents worth. As for NMMREA Sprints, as President in 1995, my Board & I convinced DUKE CITY RACEWAY that anyone taking a Green Flag should be Paid $$$. Yes, even in the Heats as if someone in their Heat Crashes, blows-up or whatever & is unable to make even a B Main. As these unfortunate incidents excite the Crowd and it is those Fine Spectators who help Pay the PURSES. Curtail damage by taking the Top 12 from Heats, add only 4 from B MAINS and then invert 4, 6 or 8 by a Pill Draw.
