As yet our American Constitution gives us Freedom of Speech on such a Forum as this..... Yes, 41 years ago, I "spectated" from behind the steering wheel of My #43 Race Cars. In 1979 as President of A.S.C.R.A., I also "spectated" in my Late Model. Also later as the Chief Scorer/Judge at DUKE CITY. From 1995-2012 I "spectated", as many friends say, with My Heart & Soul, as an N.M.M.RA. Officer. Also was a Sprint Car Sponsor and Crew man. With still many Friends in several Divisions at NAPA/SANDIA, I will see them in the Pits. Sincerely, J W
