Austin Arneson the rookie from North Dakota won his 2nd USMTS feature in a row in El Paso Friday night. Arneson started last in the B main&won.He then started 17th in the A and ran down the leaders for the win picking up $3k in the process.Up front Derrick Ramirez, Rodney Sanders & Fito Gallardo were having a 3 way 3 wide war for over 15 laps, Fito running the high side so hard that he was using the front straight wall to straighten himself out lap after lap.
Arneson in his rookie season has been the surprise of the USMTS season winning 3 features already. He's gonna be fun to watch in Las Cruces next week at the meltdown.
