Amarillo this Saturday

305 sprint cars are heading to Amarillo for a Saturday night show. The CW TV #99 will be ready to go I've been practicing all week in my mind simple go faster than you think you can................. flux capacitator is engaged and ready 2014 or later look out here I come

Last time I saw sprints in Amarillo, few years back...ASCS national points race.50 or so cars.Gary lee maier,Gary Wright,Mike Peters,Johnny Herrera bunch of NCRA cars as well.
...field was stacked.
One of the best shows...I've ever seen.
Watching,
Winged sprints on that track is crazy good.
Place will be packed.

21 sprint cars 3 Abq cars and kind of surprised but no las cruces or el paso cars the purse increased to 2000 by local fans pitching in that was cool and man the stands were packed at least 2500 in the stands probably more.. the track was well run and really racey wide and fast all night long. We did well in the heat made the redraw started 8th second lap pulled off all the tear offs got around till about lap 15 then couldn't see well enough to continue. Looking forward to El Paso and Las Cruces and better luck.

JW, I broke a drive line in the heat and had a flat tire in the main, Dave finish 11th in the main.

According to the website...
Place seats 4000, by 6:30 you couldn't find a seat.
Must of been couple hundred people standing on the paved concourses all night long...
On a bitter cold night...crazy.
135/140 cars in the pits.
I've been to Route 66 @ least a dozen times,never seen the track go that greasy&lock down.
Still a great show.

Your heat finished under a blanket and you were right in the thick of things...duking it out.
Nice job.

GREAT TRACK Sure would like to see a NMMRA Non Wing race at that place, Only draw back it was a little Cold however the racing was Hot and THE STANDS WERE PACKED
