I am sorry to report that we have lost another friend in the racing community.
I found out this morning that Billy Smith passed away at 12:30am. Billy raced many years ago at Speedway Park and Raceway. His son Gary Smith races the #0 Cruiser at Napa Speedway.
Details for funeral services will be posted after arrangements are made.

This truly is a sad day,Billy was a GREAT FRIEND, and a GREAT Human Being, I'm sure going to miss Him coming up and sayin "UNDERDOG" ! Our condolence go to Gary and the rest of the Smith Family, TRUMAN WEST & the whole SEH Motorsports Team
