Got a few questions that I am hoping you can answer for me: 1) Why were the cruisers NOT given a total restart after the incident before a lap was completed? 2) Why did the judges allow the 33 to start on the outside pole when he was 5th when the incident happened and passed other cars after the yellow was thrown. 5) what is procedure for line-up for the mains Answering most of these questions would help us to understand A LOT.
