Kudos to Charlie Fagen & Company for making the BEST of a Bad situation ,Having to move the Sprint car pits,Having to deal with a "DOWN POUR" right at Race time They made it happen,KUDOS to All divisions for doing what they had to do to pull the race night off! MOST OF ALL- KUDOS to all the Fans who stuck it out, You who fought the rain,delt with the mud, as well as some delays THANK YOU ALL for coming hope the show was worth Your time & effort. You Albuquerque Dirt Track Fans are some of the BEST around!! Truman West, SEH Motorsports

great show, this was the first time could make it to NAPA Speedway,I got there right after the rain had stopped and thought oh boy this is going to take 3 hours to roll in, boy was I wrong! 1 hour and 20 minutes later (about) the first heat was on and running! good job track people!

the wife dropped me off at the races and went back to Alb for some "retail therapy", I was on my way to the sprint pits when she called and said she was there to pick me up, it was kinda late (early?) so I left. do you know if the sprints have been added to any races at Aztec?

Yes Truman, it was worth it! I paid $17.00 to get in just after the main Rain storm, $20.00 for a Bonesteel shirt = $47.00. And the show went Long but was worth every penny.

Wow, I couldn't help it, 1st $17.00 and $20.00 is $37.00 not $47.00, my girlfriend was rolling in laughter over how no one in New Mexico knows how to count or at least check what they wrote before posting it. Now to my point it was a great X-Mod show spearheaded by Mychel Lucero and Kevin McDonald! Thanks to these two guys and anyone and everyone who pitched in to make this race the best it could be. The X-Mod race stole the show and returned B-mains to ABQ!

It's only fair that you laugh at me since we Fans got a chuckle watching you toss a Mud Pie at the car that ran you into the tire protected pole, boy you were steamed, did anything come of that or did you guys simply shake hands and call it a simple racing accident?

Actually he ran me into the wall on the backstretch, which is what caused the ill handling, before the lower left rear spring mount broke off, it broke from ramping into the infield the first time right after my front end was bent to hell. Nothing has been handled; he left as I was still on the hook going through pits. Smart man... because at that moment few things could have really calmed me down. And it was no racing thing; it was Tim is used to racing the pavement where there is no side by side racing and only three other cars to worry about, so unless it’s in the corner they are not next to you, unlike the dirt where we run anywhere and everywhere. He needs to remember that and pay attention to his surroundings.

I brought 6 people with me and was glad to see the 63 take the glory.

...the "kid" in the 63 is also buying a round or two at the "dirty bourbon saloon" friday night (He just doesn't know it yet).
