Thank you for sharing Preston Rex It saddens me to inform Albuquerque racers that I lost my father Gordon Rex this morning. He was a big part of Speedway Park, Raceway and Sandia Speedway since 1970. Gordon loved to help other racers and watch drivers run his cars more than getting behind the wheel himself. He will be missed. Thanks for everything Dad. I love you!

A great man and always a friend to his fellow racer,i had the pleasure to drive for Gordon a few times and will never forget those good times! God's Speed my friend!

Gordon LOVED His racing did a lot to make it better,He ALWAYS was friendly and positive, HE WILL BE MISSED
