Oct.4th...Las Cruces Fair race, $1000.00 X mods

Friend of mine from down south, asked me to post this...
A group of sponsors have stepped up and made the Oct.4th Southern New Mexico state fair race... $1000.00 to win for X mods.
This is the last regular season race of the year and we want to go out with a bang.
Factor in the free admission to the races with a fair ticket and a full house is pretty much guaranteed.
This is a perfect opportunity for X mod racers to test & tune for the Fall nationals oct.16/18.
The X mods have been added to the fall nationals and will pay the winner of Saturday nights feature $2500.00 to win.
Should be a great night of racing...

Which race?
Figure Oct.4th...Cruces will get 25/30 X mods.
Same day, same purse@Motiva...we should pull 25/30.
Fegan scheduling on top of Royal=stupid.
Oct.16/18 for the Fall nationals...
Talked to Royal earlier this week, first year for X mods...
3 nights..first 2 regular purse/full program.
Saturday... $2500.00 to win.
Should get ton of El Paso/Cruces cars.
Few Albuquerque cars...
Roy (Meeks) keeps telling me the X's have exploded in Az...Tucson has a ton of X'S.
So...throw in the Az. Cars...
Should be a stout field.
The following weekend,
$5000.00 to win the west Texas shootout for X mods, southern/northern imca sport mods.
Boatloads of money for us over 2 weekends.
...Car count wise I think it'll be very good.

Julius..I was told $75.00, that includes driver pit pass.
So in essence $40.00.
