On behalf of Brewbaker Promotions and the Border States Racing Series, we would like to invite everyone to Aztec Speedway Friday and Saturday May 15-16 for some Wing Sprint Car action! This will be the first of two weekends of the BSRS King of Sprint Cars Challenge at Aztec Speedway. The second weekend will be a non-wing event on the last weekend in June. Points from all 4 events will be combined and a King (or Queen) of Sprint Cars will be crowned.
The great part about this schedule is that our neighboring tracks and series are off those weekends! Albuquerque, El Paso, Las Cruces etc are not running Sprints so everyone has an opportunity to come run!!!
Thanks to a sponsor, Friday Nights Payout has been increased to $1000 to win guaranteed and $125 to start the A-Feature!!!!
Saturday Nights Payout is the same with 16 or more cars! (15 or less will be $750 to win, $100 to start)
Rules will be posted on a subsequent post here. Pit passes are $35 each night and there is No Entry Fee!
Support Classes will include IMCA Stock Cars and Hobby Stocks.

Engine: any steel block engine allowed A. Naturally aspirated engines only. b. Methanol fuel only. D. All cars must have fuel cell bladder. Weight: minimum 1500 pounds w/driver after race. A. All lead weight must be painted white and securely mounted. B. If you lose any lead during the night you will be DQ'd for the remainder of the night. Suspension: no cockpit adjustable shocks or weight jacking devices. Hydraulic wing slider is allowed. Tires. Any make allowed. A. Right Rear 16.0" Medium or 18.0" HARD. Or goodyears 300 or 400 compounds. American racer sd 38 or harder. Both front wheels and left rear will be open. Wings: maximum 25 square foot top wing with side boards being 72" long and 30" tall. Nose wing will be a maximum of 6 square feet with side boards being 26" long 12" tall. Brakes: minimum of 2 working brakes. Wheelbase: minimum 84" max 90". Wheels: steel or aluminum ONLY. No mirrors of any kind. Seats and Safety: Full containment seats and Hans type device's are highly recommend. All safety equipment must be worn at all times and be up to current specifications. Rules apply at all times car is on track. Snell-rated minimum SA2005 helmet required. Roll bar padding required in driver compartment. Recommended: Fire retardant padding. SFI-approved full fire suit required. Fire retardant gloves, shoes and neck brace (or head and neck restraint) required. Recommended: Fire retardant head sock and underwear. Minimum three inch (two inch with head restraint system) wide SFI-approved five point safety belt assembly required. Must be mounted securely to main roll cage. Recommended: Safety belts no more than two years old. Kill switch must be clearly marked ‘OFF’ and ‘ON’. Number: Must be a Minimum 12" tall and clearly visible from a distance. ***Tire rule update for the BSRS Sprint car events*** Due to availability, we have worked with Aztec speedway to come up with a tire rule that will be more cost effective for the drivers in this region. We will run the following tire rule for all 2015 BSRS wing AMD BSRS nonwing events... Right Rear 16.0" Medium or 18.0" HARD. Or goodyears 300 or 400 compounds. American racer sd 38 or harder.
