I am sad to report that Michelle Fowner passed away today. Our prayers go out to her family, Andrew and children. Please keep them in your thoughts as they go through this transition. We will share any additional information her family would like to share with their racing community.

Michele Lynne Fowner, 52, of Edgewood, NM passed away onJuly 22, 2015 in Albuquerque,
Life celebration will be held at 11:00am on August 1st, 2015 at Andy Fowner's home in Moriarty, NM at 49 Sandia Street, Moriarty, NM 87035..
Michele Lynne Fowner was born in Manchester, Connecticut to Patricia Ann Irish and Barry John McCormick on February 05, 1963. She went to school at Los Alamos High School. She married her middle school sweetheart Andrew Ray Fowner onFebruary 15th, 1980. She was a stay at home mother to her three children and later continued to help raise all her grandchildren. She supported her family with their racing adventures and even raced a season herself ending as the season champion in the women's division. She always loved to hang out with family and friends and have a "cold one"
Michele is proceeded in death by her Father Barry McCormick, her Grandmother Ethel Irish,
Michele is survived by her husband Andrew Fowner, her children; Andrew Fowner, Patricia Gallegos, and Jolene Smart along with their spouses June Fowner, Fernando Gallegos, and Rex Smart. She is also survived by her brothers, Michael McCormick and Shawn Tedford, her sister Barbara Katko, her mother Patricia Ann Miller and her husband Rob Miller. Her grandchildren Tessa Fowner, Branden Fowner, Paige Fowner, Zachary Gallegos, Isabella Gallegos, BrentLee Smart, Candice Smart, Rebecca Smart, and Marcus Torres. In addition to an abundance of nieces, nephews and extended family too numerous to list.
In leu of flowers, the family is asking that donations in honor of Michele be made to F, G, & S, Racing via PayPal.
