Correction... All drivers are welcome to run in the Xmod class, as long as you have not won a main event in a sprint car, late model or a-mod over the past 12 months. Hey Tre, For this area , do you think that's a good thing to eliminate past champions ? As you know most people in this area don't travel well, I can count 8-10 cars that cant race cause of that past champions deal. Just some food for thought, not sure what type of car count you want but not allowing the drivers that usually participate to not run may hurt car count. I hope you have a good event ! Tre...might want to reconsider the past champions deal. Richard's absolutely right, it's gonna cost you several quality cars.The rules down south pertaining to the big shows actually stated that no driver having won a feature in mods, sprints or late models within the past season would be allowed to compete..It was not predicted upon past championships in said divisions. I understand the reasoning/implementation of the 'fito'rule...but it's going to cost you a lot of very good racers. I discussed this last night with several of the Southern X mod guys. They were pretty unanimous in their contention that, The bottom line is... Real racers want to race against the best of the best...regardless of past acomplishments.
THE Witten's warrior's benefit is for a great cause.We all want it succeed. But...IMO, I'd be more concerned with getting the car counts up and fixing the tech deal.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I appreciate y'all giving me the opportunity to fix this. I'll post a revision by tomorrow night. Yyou are both very right. You both might have saved me and I appreciate it very much thanks. I had talked to just in Allen in Cruces about a way to make this work and after falls posts i know what to do. Also, this years tech will be coming from a track out of state. I appreciate everyone who helps with this event as I couldn't ever do it alone. It takes over 50 people to make things happen.
