Yvonne you are doing great and congratulations on Day 1! Yes, it's a real challenge with tempting food in the house but you're doing it!
One of our former neighbors developed Type Two Diabetes. As soon as he was diagnosed he changed his diet to low cab and added cardio exercise daily. Before that he, being a former chef, baked home made bread regularly. This is one thing that scares me because I was warned a few years ago about prediabetes. My last A1C was where it should be so I am grateful.
