I forgot to have my last shake of the day yesterday! I am recommitting to following my own challenge: to report in daily, drink my water, and have my shake, or soup, or super oats. I have a lot of weight that must come off by May and releasing it will require much hard work on my part.
Yvonne you are in my prayers today. I am looking forward to seeing your post on the board.
