Chris...pineapple is high in sugar so you should probably avoid it while SSing. Strawberries are much lower so they will not interfere with ketosis or weight loss, or stimulate your appetite. When you give your body extra carbohydrate, especially in simple sugars like fruit, it will naturally use that for energy first before converting fat to energy. It can also leave you hungry and put you at risk for going off your diet.
