I am having trouble getting in all my daily water all of a sudden! I've noticed it the last couple of days. I have a fitbit, so I track my water, but I've noticed that I'm not thirsty. Does that go hand in hand with losing my appetite? So far I've been able to force myself to drink the water, except for yesterday. I bought some Perrier to change up with plain water. I don't like crystal light or any flavored water (I've tried many in the past), so they are not options. I do like unsweetened tea, and caffeine has never been an issue for me, so can I count that towards my water if I drink that?
