I only use coffee in my shakes cold. I replace the water with leftover coffee I keep in the fridge. It comes out wonderful that way. I never had success doing it hot, but some people do like it that way.
My greatest respect for refusing the popcorn! That is still to this day one of my weaknesses. I used to order the giant refillable tubs with a river of that butter/oil stuff and go through 2 fills in a movie! Now I order a small little bag, no butter, and nibble my way through it.
Can't wait to hear your weigh in results! Just remember that it is pretty common for week two weight losses to be less then you expect. The first week you lose a lot of water and waste and some of that balances back out in week 2.
