Thanks, Pam. I'll only use it occasionally. I definitely don't want to use too many additions as I'm doing so well. I am trying to just use spices and flavorings, which won't add any calories. I made the super oats chips last night and changed it up with Italian seasoning instead of so much powdered garlic and powdered onion. In place of the salt I used celery salt. They were delicious!
