Re: Going through a rough time
Those dental prices are ridiculous! I had my dentist send in a quote to my insurance company to put in two implants. He wanted to do the implants because if I were to have a permanent bridge it could possibly cause more problems with the teeth behind and in front of the bridge as he would have to remove a crown and mess with one of my good teeth. My insurance will not cover any of it. So, if I want the implants I'm looking at almost $4000!There is NO WAY I'm going to fork out that much for two implants that are on the side of my mouth. I'm retired and on a fixed income now and have one more room in my house to renovate. I want to do that more than have those implants!
So far I'm doing really well. The weight loss this last week wasn't as great as I'd expected, but it was still a loss. I'm definitely a lot less bloated than before I started and I can't keep my jeans up because they're too big! I can even tell in my face that I've lost weight. I'm planning to SS until my birthday in March, then have a nice meal for my birthday and go right back to SS the next day. As long as I'm feeling well, I can't see any reason not to SS! The will I have to get rid of the excess weight is greater than wanting to eat the yummies.
