Wow! That's quite an image. I'm thinking about how I'd feel if I were to strap 4 bricks onto my body now! I'm glad they're gone! I should get some bricks and keep them as a reminder of the weight I've lost. I think it would be a really great incentive. With each 5 lbs I should add a brick to the pile. Then after I've reached my goal, take those bricks and build something with them, or use them in some landscaping in my yard to always remind myself where I've been.
