What you need to do now is switch it up enough to make it a new experience again. Make a chart and track your daily progress..hourly if you need to. Make some short term goals and rewards (no food!) so you can enjoy periodic success celebrations. Do you exercise at all? Walking is a great mind/body activity and de-stressor. Find something active that reinforces your lifestyle change.
Most importantly, you need to have a serious talk with yourself about what's really important to you. The food will always be there. Anything you think you can't live without right now will still be there when you are done losing your weight. You're not missing out on anything worth sacrificing your health and happiness too.
I know it's hard to start again and even though you have experienced how great it becomes once you get past your first few days, it's still hard to do, but you can certainly do it!
