Have either of you tried a kettlebell?
I have one here at home and it's wonderful! It was a gift from Yvonne a year or so ago and I have gotten so much use from it. It's a great workout. You just have to be mindful of your form so you don't stress your back. Once you get the hang of the different exercises, you can get a pretty good workout in only minutes. I keep it in my living room and use it a few times a day to get my muscles working and my heart pumping!
