First of all Happy Holidays. Its been a very long time since I have posted and never posted very often. I always do read the board though. I started back on cambridge a couple months ago. I hadn't gotten on the scale. I know I lost because my pants now fit before they were tight. I started last summer and lost about 15 or 20 lbs and never gained control back then which was a mistake but you can't go back. I went off for four days gained a few lbs but this time I went right back on. Now to my questions. If I have during the day two servings of the chocolate cake recipe made with the original chocolate drink and 1 serving of the super oat muffins along with my nutrition bar should I also be having like an extra 1/2 serving or something of the original drink? Second question. If I have some low carb vegetables will this hurt my progress. I have a hard time exercising because I have too much arthritis pain in my hip. I need to lose weight to get my hip replacement. Will not exercising deter losing weight so fast? and how much is the average someone usually loses per week? Sorry for all the questions but I had to get this out of my head. Thanks
