Second, I can't exercise either because of my recent ankle tendon surgery repair and reconstruction.
I hope your hip improves with the weight loss, much like I am hoping to improve my bad knees (and ankle).
Congratulations on your weight loss thus far. I have so much to lose, but I can't fret about it or else I will just be so forlorned that I won't do anything.
Again, just keep going. That's all we can do. I hope your hip feels better.
