I'm starting over because it has been rough, emotional and physically recently. On and off Cambridge is just not going to do it for me.
Unlike you and many other members of the Cambridge solution, I can't prepare ersatz food to keep me on track. First, I don't like to prepare anything in the kitchen. Second, it only stimulates the amygdala in my brain and the need to eat the real thing. So, I bank on ketosis and the near-fasting condition with just the shakes. I wish I were more mature to substitute but I stay as far from food away as possible. Perhaps, one day it will be different for me. But, now, I am just trying to rid myself of any visions of conventional food.
