I am trying to develop a routine for my own health. However, fighting with insurance companies, disability claims for my husband, being an advocate for him in the rehab facility is taking its toll on me.
However, because I am in ketosis, my appetite is not "driving the bus". I am continuing to stay on my exercise program of walking and my stationary bike.
It's like having another job when you are trying to lose weight. It is exhausting, but one needs to maintain focus.
Have a lovely day. Hopefully, my routine will become part of me and I won't even think about doing it each day. Until then, it is a struggle, but what is my alternative? There IS none; except to stay on Cambridge.
