You will need a small mixing bowl, a plastic spatula, a fork, parchment paper(no oil needed), paper plate and rolling pin.
2 small scoops of the Cambridge FFL Potato Soup
dash garlic powder
dash black pepper
dash onion powder
Dash of smoked paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon of egg white
1 to 3 tablespoons of cold water- only enough to make a stiff dough
Using the fork mix all dry ingredients, add the egg white, add a small amount of water, just enough to make a stiff dough.
Use the plastic spatula to scrape the dough onto a 7 X 7 or larger piece of parchment paper that is placed over a thin paper plate(I used Great Value). Place the second piece of parchment paper over the dough. Use the rolling pin to roll the dough until it is very thin.
Place in your air fryer set at 8 minutes at 350 degrees. At 4 minutes check the dough. When dough begins to brown and become stiff remove the paper plate. You will need to flip the dough to brown the other side.Edges will be browned. Times may vary depending on your air fryer.
Remove from the fryer. Allow to cool a couple of minutes. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Serve as your lunch or dinner with 3 tablespoons of no sugar salsa.
You could bake these in a conventional oven but I am unsure what the time and temperature would be.
