Well, I haven't been perfect, but I HAVE been on Cambridge for the past two months. Perhaps, not sole source; however, the calorie count is definitely closer to 1000 (I know, it should be 440, but I'm only human).
I have been on my exercycle each day and have been doing my abdominal exercise. So, that is an accomplishment.
My clothes are feeling a bit loose, but I don't even care. I promised myself that I would focus on the "process" of losing the weight this time and not the scale. I am focusing on my routines of walking, cycling and sipping Cambridge, rather than numbers on the scale and I think it is working for me better than it has in the past.
Good luck to everyone and don't lose the faith. My new adage is: IF YOU CAN SEE THE GOAL, YOU CAN ACHIEVE THE GOAL!! So just imagine yourself in that designer outfit or swimsuit and you'll get there.
