I highly recommend this mini workout! I've been doing it 3xs a day for the past couple of weeks with amazing results. It looks deceptively easy. Don't be fooled! It kicks serious butt! Use full extension. Don't worry if you can't squat very low. I can't either (knee replacements). It's also dramatically improved my range of motion in my shoulders.
