We're 18 days in to 2019. How are you feeling about it so far? Have you kept your commitments to yourself? Are you keeping your focus on your goal and holding on to your motivation? Doing a weight loss plan like Cambridge is like developing a muscle. You have to keep working at it and not slack off. Are you working to develop your Cambridge muscles?
