How are you? I hope you and your family are doing well.
You asked how I am doing. I have tooo many excuses. I have ups and downs so there is not much success to report. I tend to lose focus. I easily fall off track with dinners to prepare for others and working the pm shift. I am easily discouraged by the comments and influences of those around me so I keep to myself. Today I feel like a total failure. Tomorrow I might feel better about myself if the sun would come out. I think I am depressed but antidepressants impede weight loss so I do not was to take them. I might try weight lifting again because in the past it really did help.
Today I am doing just Cambridge with a small bite chicken breast and a green vegetable. I had a serving of FFL Super Oats today and will have my Cambridge Dutch Chocolate shakes at work.
The idea of nothing after 6 pm has worked in the past but I drift way from the good habits that should be forming to replace the old destructive habits. If I enforce that idea once again I think it will help me a lot. AFTER WORK I ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM. I KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO...BUT KNOWING AND DOING ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
MINDSET IS EVERYTHING and mine needs some work.
