Yay for day 3! This can be the hardest day so I hope it has been kind to you. Protect your commitment to your plan and avoid distractions as much as possible. Drink plenty of water and if you feel loopy take a pinch of a natural sea salt under your tongue or mix in a glas of water. You are likely flushing out fluids now and along with that will go salt and magnesium. I like Redmond Real Salt. Very pure. You can get it at some grocery stores, health food markets, or online.
