Hey guys! I am SSing for the next couple/few weeks or so. I'm going to try for a new low. My goal is size 8. I plan on adding 1 T of avocado oil to my Rich Chocolate Shakes for the health benefits. I figured no better guinea pig then myself, right? I no longer have a gall bladder to be worried about, but I still believe in the importance of healthy fats in the diet and Cambridge is low to fall in line of calorie restriction. Not sure how this will go, but wish me luck! |
