Hey guys! Day 3 here. I'm down 1.5 lbs. I had no excess fluid to lose so I was pretty happy to see that loss. I normally eat a ketogenic diet now so I'm already in ketosis. I'm just doing 330 Rich Chocolate. Keeping it simple. So far, so good. I won't weigh for another week now. I only did this time to see how my transition from keto to Cambridge was doing. I am doing waist measurements though. I want to lose about 5" if possible. That may be ambitious for my 60 year old bod, but I'm going for it! It's 36" now. I kind of lost my girl curves back when I had my total hysterectomy 22 yrs ago. No hormones can do that ![]() ![]() Have a great day everyone. You are in charge of that. |
