Snacking is one habit we all need to avoid. Especially if weight loss is the goal. No one needs to eat 6 times a day! When you eat a nutritionally dense diet like Cambridge offers, you are working WITH your body's hormones that regulate appetite and sends the signal you've had enough. Snacky carby junk foods tell your brain and body to keep on eating!
