I hope you had a restful night. Sleeping with pain is tough. I try to avoid Ibuprofen as much as possible due to my heart history, but last night the nerve pain I get in my shoulder sometimes was keeping me awake so I broke down and took a couple. Now today I get to enjoy swollen ankles!
