I can finally say things are getting back to "normal" but it's a new normal. Now it's all about taking care of myself. I took another week off from work to give myself a chance for more healing but today I return to work.
Today I am going to have 3 Cambridge shakes and a small low carb meal plus my water and some supplements. Lettuce, green onions, tomatoes and cucumbers are growing in the garden so salad is on the menu. My left leg is still swollen but looks so much better and my right leg looks fantastic so I feel I can start doing some exercise. I go back to work this afternoon.
I recorded the start weight this morning and will take some measurements using a tape measure.
